We are proud to maintain a long-standing friendship and partnership with Rennbahn Hoppegarten, one of the most iconic racecourses in Germany. Our collaboration is built on shared values - tradition, excellence, and international ambition. Since 2023, we have been the official sponsor of the Westminster Grand Prix of Berlin (Großer Preis von Berlin), a prestigious Group 1 race that stands as one of the highlights of the German racing calendar. As sponsor, we contribute to increased prize money, wider media reach, and an enhanced race-day experience for fans and professionals alike. Our branding is present throughout the venue, and we actively engage with spectators through family-friendly activities and cultural programming. This partnership continues to grow, and we are honored to help elevate Hoppegarten’s profile on the European racing stage year after year.
As promoters of our sport, we are particularly committed to cooperating with Poland’s largest racing venue – The Służewiec Racecourse. From 2018 to 2024, we served as the main sponsor of this historic and architecturally unique track. Drawing on the knowledge gained through years of experience in the horse racing industry, we created two unique projects that have been successfully carried out over the past five years. Each year, in cooperation with the racecourse, we organized a full day under the Westminster name. As part of this event, we hosted the Westminster Freundschaftspreis and the only charity race of its kind in Europe – the Westminster Charity Race. On this occasion, we invited well-known partners to the racecourse to help connect and strengthen the European horse racing community, we also had international families, and largest charity organisations in Poland with us. In 2025 season, we are proud to be the sponsor of the Westminster Derby 2025, and the Westminster Wielka Warszawska (Listed).
Due to the expansion of Westminster Race Horses' operations to France, in 2025 season we are starting a new cooperation, in an exceptionally beautifully located place - Hippodrome de la Côte d'Azur. The second largest racecourse in France and the first in Provence, the Côte d'Azur Racecourse organizes more than 80 horse racing events per year. With the azure sky above the neck and the deep blue sea as a backdrop, we will be a partner of the Westminster - Grand Prix du Département 06 (Défi du Galop - Georges Camprubi) race.
We are excited to begin a new partnership in 2025 with the Dresden racecourse, marking another step in our mission to support and promote horse racing across Central Europe. As part of this collaboration, we will sponsor the Westminster 102. Dresden Youth Prize, a key race held in November. What makes this event especially meaningful is our plan to invite 300 children from a local school in Dresden - a school we have proudly supported for many years. By combining high-level competition with community involvement, we aim to create a memorable and inspiring day for young guests and racing fans alike. Our presence in Dresden reflects our belief that horse racing can be both a cultural event and a platform for education and inclusion. Through this new partnership, we hope to contribute to the racecourse’s continued growth and positive social impact. We look forward to making the 2025 Youth Prize a joyful and lasting experience for everyone involved.
Between 2022 and 2024, we at Westminster were proud to collaborate with Chuchle Arena Praha, the premier racecourse on the southern edge of Prague. During this period, we sponsored top-tier races, including the Prague Westminster Queen, a Listed event that underscored our commitment to elite competition. Our partnership also extended to the flagship Westminster Czech Derby, held during the 104th running in June 2024 at Velká Chuchle, where our horse Naughty Peter claimed a memorable victory. We supported improvements in prize money, boosted media visibility, and helped enhance international participation for these marquee events. Collaborating closely with the Chuchle Arena team, we refined the race-day experience and elevated the prestige of both races. Through our sponsorship, we contributed to adding further significance to Czech flat racing and reinforcing our role as a regional promoter of thoroughbred sport. We remained dedicated to nurturing excellence and fostering international connections in the heart of Central Europe.
In 2020 and 2021, we at Westminster proudly partnered with Hipodrom Sopot, one of Poland’s most historic racecourses. Through this collaboration, we sponsored 2 horse racing events during the summer season, including our own Westminster Prize Race, which featured prominently on the Sopot calendar. As part of the sponsorship, we provided prize funding, and received extensive onsite visibility - from logo placement on fences and billboards to promotional mentions in media broadcasts and speaker announcements.
Between 2021 and 2024, one of our key collaborations during that was with Závodisko, the leading racecourse in Bratislava, Slovakia. Together, we worked to elevate the quality and visibility of major racing events held there. A highlight of our involvement was the Westminster Oaks, a prestigious race for three-year-old fillies that we sponsored. Through this sponsorship, we helped increase the event’s prize fund, attract greater media attention, and enhance its international profile. Supporting the Westminster Oaks was part of our broader mission to strengthen the tradition and development of thoroughbred racing in the region. We were committed to the sport’s growth and proud to contribute to its success during those years.
